At Zen, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

The item must be in the same condition that you received it
To initiate a return, please contact us at zenbrands@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We do not provide prepaid return labels
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Non-returnable items:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Late or missing refunds:
